Summary

The Gracq training programme in Brussels is a fantastic volunteer organised training session to help cyclists feel more at ease cycling on roads. The training consists of a half-day session in groups of no more than 12, teaching techniques for staying safe at junctions, turning, road positioning and anticipation. The programme takes place once a month and has spread to other regions such as Wallonie, helping cyclists feel comfortable across the country.
